Seen: Stunning photos expose the hidden aesthetic of film photography 

Used: Sous vide steak. We use Kerrygold grass-fed butter, thyme, and rosemary for seasoning. After the steak is fully cooked in the sous video, then sear the steak on a cast iron pan. Cut, serve, and eat immediately.

Tech: The new apple watch (Series 10).  I’m super active so tracking my workouts is a fun and engaging way for me to adapt to training. Garmin was my watch of choice until I tried an older version of the Apple Watch about a year ago. The data is unmatched, the accuracy of distances, effort level, heart rate monitoring was too good to go back to a Garmin. 

The new Apple Watch is even better – specifically the sleep data. I now wear my watch while I sleep as it holds me accountable to getting my sleep. Instead of scrolling my phone late at night, and even in the middle of the night when I wake up, I know that I have my watch monitoring my every waking moment. I know my sleep needs improvement but I’ve always said that in a subjective sense. I now have the data to identify where I actively chose to stay up in the middle of the night scrolling instagram reels…

Its a game changer, I now feel like my watch is quite literally “watching” me sleep and I can’t hide from my poor habits.
