Hi! I'm Tom and I'm Monica. Founders of mfit.
Tom's expertise in finance and data combines with Monica's nutrition science background from UW-Madison's Dietetic program to create practical, science-based wellness strategies. Together, we deliver solutions tailored to busy lifestyles, helping you achieve a healthier, more balanced life.
As full-time working professionals and parents, we know firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritize health and wellness in the midst of packed schedules, endless meetings, and personal commitments. There was a time when we struggled to make time for proper nutrition, balance our mental health, and manage stress effectively. Healthy living often felt out of reach, leaving us exhausted and unmotivated.
This constant battle led to an important realization: the pursuit of a healthier lifestyle doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming. We understood that busy adults like us needed simple, actionable strategies to take control of their health—without adding more stress to their lives.
